Terms of Use

The rules of the road for using uberreferralcode.com. Plain English, no surprise clauses, no buried gotchas.

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of uberreferralcode.com (the "Site") published by URC. By browsing, sharing, or otherwise using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We try to make this as readable as possible — but this is still a legal document.

1. What URC is and is not

URC is an independent publication that lists currently-advertised Uber referral codes and Uber driver sign-up bonus offers, plus educational guides about driving and earning with Uber. URC is not Uber. URC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Uber Technologies, Inc. All Uber-related trademarks are the property of Uber Technologies, Inc., and any mention is nominative — that is, used to identify Uber's products as a matter of fact.

2. Affiliate disclosure

The Uber driver sign-up link on URC is a referral link. When a new driver signs up through that link and completes the required activation steps, Uber pays URC a small referral credit. The rider promo code and Uber Eats promo code on URC are not affiliate-credited to URC; we list them because they are useful and they keep readers coming back. The presence or absence of an affiliate relationship does not change your eligibility, the offer amount, or the price you pay. You pay nothing extra by using URC's referral link.

3. Information only — not legal, tax, or financial advice

The content on URC is informational. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, employment advice, or professional advice of any kind. For decisions that affect your income, taxes, insurance, or legal status, consult a qualified professional licensed in your state.

4. Offer terms are set by Uber and can change

Every Uber-related offer described on URC — the sign-up bonus amount, the trip count requirement, the time window, the rider promo amount, the Uber Eats minimum order, and so on — is set, published, and may be revised by Uber at its sole discretion at any time, without notice to URC. URC re-verifies the published offers weekly and stamps each page with the last-verified date, but URC does not control and does not guarantee any offer. Always confirm the exact terms shown in the Uber app or the Uber Driver app at the time you sign up. If there is any conflict between what URC says and what Uber presents to you in the app, Uber's in-app terms control.

5. Earnings, calculators, and estimates

URC publishes earnings ranges, hourly estimates, expense estimates, and city-specific calculators (including the Uber Driver Earnings Calculator). All of these are estimates only, derived from publicly available data (Economic Policy Institute analyses, Gridwise driver-survey reports, IRS standard-mileage rates, r/uberdrivers community data, and Uber's own published terms). Actual earnings vary significantly by city, demand, vehicle, driving style, weather, the day of the week, the time of day, the driver's rating, local regulations, and dozens of other factors outside URC's control. Past data is not a guarantee of future earnings. If you make a financial decision based on URC's estimates, you accept that the actual outcome may differ — possibly substantially.

6. No warranty

URC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or that any defect will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, URC and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or your reliance on its content — even if URC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. URC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions URC's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party links and services

URC links out to Uber and to other third-party services (Gridwise, Stride, MileIQ, EPI, the IRS, etc.). URC does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, their policies, or the outcome of your interactions with them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to (i) scrape or systematically copy the site other than as permitted by our robots.txt and llms.txt files; (ii) interfere with the operation of the site or the security measures protecting it; (iii) misrepresent URC or its content; (iv) use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may block or limit access from any visitor we reasonably believe is violating these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The original text, design, layout, and editorial structure on URC are © URC, all rights reserved. You are welcome to link to URC, quote short passages with attribution, and share pages on social media. You may not republish substantial portions of URC's content without written permission. Uber-related trademarks (the word marks "Uber", "Uber Eats", "UberX", etc.) are the property of Uber Technologies, Inc.; any use of them on URC is nominative fair use.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we will mark the change clearly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
